With a mission to transform and enhance the lives of children with autism, Grange School has developed unique and innovative learning environments. Among these are a working farm and a student-operated coffee shop, which serve as real-world classrooms where students can acquire essential life skills and vocational training. These initiatives have not only enhanced the educational experience but have also significantly contributed to the students' preparation for adulthood and the world beyond education.

Grange School's dedication to innovation is further exemplified by its "Know Globes" and "STEAM Factory" programs. These immersive spaces allow students to explore subjects like science and geography through hands-on activities, fostering a deeper understanding and engagement with the material. Such innovative approaches have earned the school an 'Outstanding' rating from Ofsted, affirming its effectiveness in meeting the diverse needs of its students.
Next Steps
The journey continues as the Top 3 finalists for each of the five World’s Best School Prizes will be announced in September 2024, followed by the winners in November. The winners will be chosen by an esteemed Judging Academy based on rigorous criteria, with each winner receiving a share of the $50,000 prize fund.
